LO STUDIO DI UN’OPERA IDRAULICA ALPINA: IL TROU DE TOUILLES

Sommario Si presenta lo studio dell’acquedotto ipogeo realizzato nella prima metà del XVI secolo dal minatore Colombano Romeàn. L’opera si trova nella Valle di Susa (provincia di Torino) sopra i 2000 m di quota e sottopassa la cima Quattro Denti. Restaurato ai primi del Novecento, è tutt’oggi in funzione.
Abstract We present our study of the hypogean aqueduct constructed by the miner Colombano Romeàn in the first half of the XVI century. The construction is situated in the Upper Susa Valley (province of Turin) at an altitude of more than 2000 mtrs and passes under the peak of the Quattro Denti mountain. The aqueduct was restored at the beginning of twentieth-century and is still in working order today.
