La costruzione di rifugi antiaerei per la protezione dei civili a Milano e in altre città d’Italia. La Torre delle Sirene è un rifugio antiaereo in elevato con due soli piani sotterranei: serviva alla protezione del Prefetto e degli addetti alla centrale di allarme collegata alle sirene antiaeree della città e al comando DI.CA.T. (DIFESA CONTROAEREI TERRITORIALE).
The construction of air raid shelters for the protection of civilians in Milan and other Italian cities.
The “Torre delle Sirene” is a air raid shelter in high with only two underground levels: it served to protect the Prefect and the personnel for the central alarm connected to the air-raid sirens of the city and to the command DI.CA.T. (TERRITORIAL ANTI-AIRCRAFT DIFENSIVE).
